Order Processing Time All wreaths and floral décor are handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships. During peak seasons (fall/holiday), processing may take up to 7 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 states via USPS and UPS. The following rates apply at checkout:
- Economy (Free): Estimated delivery 7–10 business days
- Economy ($4.90): Estimated delivery 5–7 business days
- Standard ($6.90): Estimated delivery 3–5 business days
- Standard ($9.90): Estimated delivery 2–3 business days

International Shipping We ship to select countries worldwide via USPS and DHL. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Estimated delivery is 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
Fragile Item Packaging Your wreath is a handcrafted work of art — we treat it that way! Each wreath is carefully wrapped in protective tissue, secured with padding, and boxed in a sturdy reinforced box to prevent movement during transit. We strongly recommend inspecting your package upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product and contact us within 48 hours.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
